Hardware and software purchase

I recently purchased a new external hard drive along with a license for Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus from Direct Deals. The ordering process was straightforward, and I received the digital key for Office almost immediately after purchase via email, which was very convenient. The hard drive shipped out the same day and arrived within five business days, which is reasonable. Packaging was secure, and the drive worked perfectly right out of the box. I appreciate that the website clearly states whether keys are OEM or Retail, which helped in my decision-making. Customer support was not needed, so I can't comment on that, but overall, it was a smooth transaction for both physical and digital products.

Good deal on Office

Got Microsoft Office 2024 Home & Business. Price was fair. Key delivered fast. Activated without issue. Happy with the purchase.

Reliable for software keys

I've bought several software keys from Direct Deals over the years, mostly Windows and Office versions. This time I picked up Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus. As usual, the license key arrived quickly, within a few minutes, and activated perfectly. Their reliability is why I keep coming back, even if sometimes the prices aren't always the absolute lowest anymore compared to when I first started using them. Good service.

Fast delivery, easy setup!

I ordered Windows 10 Pro last week and it was a fantastic experience. The key arrived in my email super fast, like under 5 minutes after purchase. I used it right away and it activated on my new PC without any problems at all! Setting it up was so easy. I was worried about getting a fake key from an online store, but this was totally genuine. I'll definitely be shopping here again for future software needs and told my brother about it for his new build!

Windows 11 Pro was so easy!

I just bought Windows 11 Pro and it was such a breeze! The download was instant, and the key worked perfectly the first time. I can't believe how quickly I got it all set up. I'm definitely coming back for more software. You guys are amazing! I'll tell all my friends.

Good price, slightly slow shipping

I bought Windows 10 Pro from Direct Deals because the price was really competitive compared to other sites. The digital key came through quickly, which was excellent, and activated without any trouble. However, I also ordered a new gaming mouse, and that took a little longer than expected to arrive, about 7 days. It wasn't a huge delay, but something to note if you're in a rush for physical items. The mouse itself is good quality though, and I'm happy with the overall value.

Good deal on Windows 11

I was looking for a Windows 11 Pro key and found Direct Deals. The price was significantly lower than other places I checked. It was my first time buying from them, so I was a bit hesitant but the process was smooth. Got my key almost instantly and it activated without a hitch. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth.

Got my new monitor, it's nice

So I needed a new monitor for my setup, and I saw one on Direct Deals. Figured I'd give it a shot. Ordered it last week, and it showed up pretty quick, like, four days later. It was packed well, no dents or anything. Screen looks good, colors are sharp. It's working out great for my gaming and work stuff. Totally happy with it.
